summer group show

i'll have 2 small canvas pieces in a summer group show at Joshua Liner Gallery
here in NYC (my first show here!), opening this saturday.

i only had a couple days to play, as the rest of the time was
dedicated to painting the mural at the gallery.

one of the fun things about showing at thinkspace gallery is the installation
space they have at the front of the gallery.

of course, i didn't always think it was all fun.
this was my third time and i felt finally comfortable enough with the vast
expanse of the white walls and the tall ceilings this time around to have fun.

i apologize for a hugely late update of this blog,
i've been kind of out of my mind with summer fun since i got back from LA
from the opening of my solo show, Memento Mori at thinkspace gallery.
(which ironically closes this thursday!)

i had a great time, and i'll post some photos from the opening night
on my next post - but again, thank you so much for those who came out in support
and made it a great night for me.
