Moleskine : the last pages
finally filled out the last pages of the over-a-year-old moleskine.
so weird that the second half got filled/dumped in within a couple of weeks.
nothing like sketchbooks to keep you company through funks & in-between-painting fun.
THE END.
ballpoint, ink, markers & acrylic in moleskine sketchbook. ©2009-2010.
+ now i am drawing/painting in 2 sketchbooks: the blue book and a new larger moleskine.
posting those soon!
methinks i need to start sketching larger too on a big pad as well.
going back to my drawing "barre" , so to ballet-speak.

Oh these are really something--the one with the antlers and the one with the wolfy dog especially. And I like your wooden desktop!!
ReplyDeletehee thanks, jli!
ReplyDeletethe wolfy dog is actually a wolf, that i worried may look like a dog.
haha.
the desk is from matthew, who got it from his brother paul for college graduation gift... i love it to pieces, though i've messed it up as seen (which i secretly love).
Well, at least I didn't think it was a chihuahua.
ReplyDeleteSo many of those sketchbook pages in this and the last few entries are amazing as they are. They'd make incredible paintings when blown up, even if they weren't changed otherwise. The feeling of freedom and spontaneity is great. I love them!
