i caught that film accidentally one morning on sundance channel.
i loved all the washed out, hazy cinematography, the overall monotone color palette,
which seemed to reflect the air of delft (weather-wise, culture-wise).
the pale, colorless look of scarlett johansson was so beautiful, especially in that white
wimple she wears throughout - of course, except in the last photo.
i like Korin Faught too.
ReplyDeletewas lucky to see some of her pieces in person. her color and paint strokes are exquisite. the skin so pale and eerie yet alive.
